Iulian

Iulian Vranceanu

EPC DIRECTOR

Iulian is a technical project manager with a 14-year track record in the offshore wind industry and his expertise extends across borders, delivering offshore wind farm projects in diverse countries such as Denmark, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Taiwan and now South Korea.Notably, Iulian has worked on: Hai Long Offshore Wind Farms (1044MW) ,Vesterhav Wind Farms (344MW) , Horns Rev 3 (407MW) . Previously, Iulian has worked at Northland Power Inc., Vattenfall Vindkraft A/S and Vestas.

Jake Cho

Project CEO

Having been part of the Anma team since May 2021, Jake is excited to be leading one of South Korea’s largest offshore wind projects to energisation. An experienced investment professional with over 18 years of experience in renewable infrastructure, Jake has worked across sectors such as toll roads, waste, and telecommunications.

Sunkyu Sun

Project CFO

Sunkyu joined the team in December 2019, having previously worked at the Macquarie Group where he was responsible for investment and advisory of renewable energy, gas power plants, energy storage systems, and oil & gas. Sunkyu has 10 years of experience in the M&A industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Business Administration.

Jongwan Kim

Electrical & Onshore Substation Package Manager

With 17 years rich background in power plant and sub-station Engineering and construction at esteemed companies like KEPCO, Siemens Energy and Hanwha, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire electrical pipeline from generation to consumption. Known for driving business development initiatives in renewable power plants, he brings a strategic perspective to power plant solutions. In-depth knowledge extends to navigating the intricate approval processes of energy business in Korea, making them a valuable asset to our team.

Jonathan Alvarado

WTG PACKAGE MANAGER

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Jonathan joined us in January 2023. He brings to Anma Offshore Wind 10 years’ experience in the wind energy sector, across Denmark, the Netherlands, Taiwan, and the UK. Jonathan is an experienced project manager with extensive WTG design, installation, and commissioning knowledge.

Stefano Sgado

OFFSHORE SUBSTATION PACKAGE MANAGER

Born in Italy, Stefano’s 25 years of experience span multiple disciplines, roles, and countries. Holding a Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, Stefano is a calm, collaborative problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills. He has worked in the offshore wind, civil engineering, and automotive industries across Germany and Taiwan.

Mark Cooke

CABLES PACKAGE

Mark joins Anma Offshore Wind with over three decades of experience across the oil & gas, offshore wind, power, utility, and chemical industries. He’s directly overseen two world record subsea cable installations, and project managed a range of recent offshore wind farm projects in the UK, where he is from.
